on and off opiate user for about 4 years and have never come across dilaudid. what is a good dosage? i hear these are somewhat rare around my area

a little new to the terms here...id probably orally ingest it? if thats what your asking maybe insufflate half

swim has been a hydromorphone (aka dilauded) user for 7 years.... swim started off at 14 years old with sniffing 4mg his first time, after short use ur tolerance can handle 8, if your a girl and relly small your first time u shud do 2mg ive seen a girl puke on 2 her first time.... now swim shoots drugs and he has shot oxy 80s, white dope, brown dope, and dilauded and dilauded is by FAR the best. Id much rather have 12mg of hydromorphone than 80mg of oc 80 especially IV.... go search for opiate converter on google ull find a site u can put med and dose of opiates in and itll calculate it into whatever opiate u choose... it says like 80mg of oxy equals like 6mg of hydro but id have to disagree....diliauded is NO JOKE it is the single BEST OPIOID/OPIATE IN THE WORLD BESIDES OXYMORPHONE (OPANA)

yo man are u fucking crazy dude id fucking kill for hydromorphone its a million times better than any fucking drug u cud possibly get and the thing is, coca was saying its a good thing that it doesnt have any codeine cuz codeine sucks, hydromorphone is a terminal cancer patients pain medicine, they dont just give that shit out u need a seriously painful illeness even just to get 2mg save that shit and shoot it!
 
yes man DO NOT trade those. especially for codiene. codiene is a fuckin' terribal drug, doens't do anything at all to me besides make my hand swell up and make me REDICULOUSLY itchy. not fun. hydromorph is amaaazzzing do what i said and put a few mg's up the nose if you don't think you can handle 8 and you don't want to shoot
 
i would snort it, oral is pretty much a waste.

if you have no tolerance to opiates, try 4-5mg snorted, if you have a mild tolerance try 7-8mg, its quite potent
 
plug the dillies. ive had very good results with plugging dilaudid.
 
speaking of dilaudid i just did a shot, best shit ever, i fucking love the feeling, when it hits your entire body and the rush is fucking awesome. fuck snorting, get some rigs.
 
oh god i hope my post didnt influence this kid to do that...this shits like walking around with the devil chained to your ankle everywhere u go theres no escape im in so much pain even when nothings wrong and im not in withdrawels just becaues im so used to not feeling any pain for so many years...dont get it twisted anyone when you shoot thats the first step in involuntarily letting this shit rob you of your life
 
If you do not have an opiate tolerance, start with 2mg, orally. Hydromorphone is a very strong medicine (more so than morphine) and you could easily overdose with just a few pills. Be careful.
