What are people's experiences with Dilaudid & Cocaine together intravenously? Both have a huge kick and are short lived, and I am surprised that it is not discussed more often as the better rush over a Heroin + Cocaine speedball. I mean, the heroin is there to be longer and carry through the cocaine crash, but it doesn't hit quite like Dilaudid. I've seen Dilaudid referred to as 'the cocaine of opiates', which I understand from having quite the love of crushing and main-lining the triangle eights myself.
Due to the shorter duration of Dilaudid, would it be the opinion of some here that it is safer in conjunction with coke (less likely to overdose from the sedating effects over the period of use) or more dangerous (from the quick rush which might excite your cardiac system into danger) than coke would be with heroin?
I've heard of people mixing ketamine with coke etc, which also hits fast and hard and leaves quickly for its class (ketamine would be the 'coke' amongst NMDAR antagonist dissociative anesthetics like DXM & PCP so I've read), what might it be to the third member of this trinity? Also does anybody have a good first hand experience of the difference between enantiopure esketamine & racemic S/R ketamine when IV'd (has anybody done so with both)?
From many peoples experiences with Salvia, I've heard many experience feeling trapped, oppressed, and boxed in; melded with their environment like their body has become one with their visual field. Whereas dissociative anesthetics like DXO, or phencyclidine make one detach, feel unconcerned for their environment, unencumbered like they're "swinging across the universe" unattached to any limitations. Has anyone done these together? Which feeling prevails, or do they counteract at all? Does one feel repressed, pushed along or stuck in their place, or liberated, without regard and free from the influence of their surroundings? (or something, altogether different?) How do they compliment? I've had that interesting thought for over a year now and not the chance to really experiment with either to get enough of a feel for it, though I've done ketamine in the past.
