Hi, I was just wondering if it's best to dose all your DHC at once (360mg) for me or do it in increments of say 120mg every 30 mins until I reach 360mg?

For about 5 years now. Get a script of 112 x 30mg.

Also used to plug between 120 & 180.

Also for somebody who has taken DHC for so long what would be a very high but not life threatening dose.

I DONT plan on doing this, I just would like to know for HR reasons.
