I am on long acting morphine and morphine instant they want me to cut down but I wanna swap my.morphonenir for dihydrocodeine is this a possibility would dhc work for me and how much is equivalent to 40mg instant morphine.
Morphine works but too sedated when I get used to my dose and not binge
My doctor's are funny about dhc is it cos it turns into dihydromorphine which is basically better.morphine I know people on forty mgnoxy a day said they take sixty mg dhc holds them most of the day
How can I get dhc they've prescribed me fentanyl Oxy morphine trams codeiee
 
160-200mg depending on the individual.
If you are on morphine you'll get DHC no problem.
I asked my doctor for it (and I was on Tramadol, which is actually weaker than DHC) and he immediately said yes and put me on the maximum dose. Doctors really underestimate it's strength and potential.
