how do you guys do it, how are guys able to eat 3,500-4,000 cals to gain weight. for some reason eating is just so fucking hard i struggle to even get to 1,500-2,000 most days. i have been 6'1 150-160 for a long time tryin to bulk hitting the gym dediated but cant seem to get the eating down i started at 130lbs.

biggest i ever got was 170lbs an it was a good feelin at the time, but at the same time it didnt feel like it, cause i was force feeding my self 3-4 times a day drinking close to half a gallon of half and half coffe creamer a day, that eventually the diary side effects an the constant bloated dirty full feeling from eating an on the edge of pukin for food, an negative comments from people was causin problems. i tried the best i could but lookin back i guess it wasnt the time. i never got comments on my size gains when i was at 170 for two weeks. until i started gettin comments on how i was starting to look smaller, after i dropped the milk,
eventually i got back into smoking weed to try an escape the feels til i ended up back at 150lbs.

now here i am 6 months later tryin to get back at it eatin at least 3-4 small meals again at 160lbs tryin to form the habit of eatin 3 times a day to then start tryin to make drinkin the half an half a habit. to hopefully start gaining, but my body still likes to feel discomfort from eating, sometimes i can feel my body hungry but mentally i dont got the appitite an ill try an eat anyways but after i half way i feel so full an wanna puke

any advice on how to make eating 3-4k cals easy , heard from a close friend that taking test e an dbol would help get that appitite goin strong an that i would never get full an make bulking easy. any truth to this, how safe would it do one or 2 cycles at 22 an half years old could i end up with limp dick an gymo, my dream is to get to at least 190-200lbs 10%bf

sorry if my post sounds whiny or retarted i have no where else to turn to for advice on gear or let alone on problems of eating any other of you guys go through the same. feel like ive wasted 3 years of lifting to only look the same im tired of bein skinny an weak feels bad

What does your diet look like right now? Drinking half a gallon of half and half sounds like a good way to become lactose intolerant. Basically you just gotta get used to eating a lot of calorie and protein rich food and don't worry about eating too "clean". It's hard but your body will adapt to eating more, and working out especially your back and legs hard should stimulate your appetite. I would also suggest breaking your meals up into maybe 6 smaller meals every day. Either way, don't expect it to be easy. When I was 5 7 180 I pretty much had to gorge myself. Another thing, the blender is your friend. I got tired of trying to shovel 8 scrambled eggs down my throat every day so I started just adding them to my protein shake mix. It's pretty easy to make your own weight gainer with eggs, milk, protein and whatever else you want. You'll save money compared to the weight gainers out there and be able to control the ingredients also. The longer you stick with it the more shortcuts you will find as far as ways to get the calories in.

right now these are my usual meals with the ~ bein what im goin to make a habit again. an sometimes add if i can an the ¥ means sometimes. surprisingly though the half an half tastes real good it my favorite form of milk

honestly i dont really care for the bro-terpation of eatin clean. in terms of macros i only care about protien an calories. how deos that look i have at least 1,800-2000cals coming from liquids, it just the meals that have me concered as im not sure how many cals
my guess is at least 500cals for my first 2 meals an at least 600+ from my 3rd. it looks like it should support my growth as long as get consisent 3s three meals three calorie drinks

for lifting i do a slightly modified starting strength mon, wes, fri doing 3x3 til i get back near my peak strength lvls. then when i have to deload switch back to 3x5

A-day
squats
bench
cleans
barbell curls
tricep over heads
hammer curls
hanging leg raises
B-day
squats
clean an press
deadlift
pull ups
chin ups
hanging leg raises

how deos everything look, also would 22 be to young to start cycling gear, i know a few ppl who arent much older then me have started. one deos it legit an pins runs pct an the other oral only. surprisingly the guy on oral only started at 110lbs then got up to 150lbs never lifted a weight in his life now he is strong. he dropped an been maintainin 140lbs but said he kept alot of strength most his gains he didnt run pct

It looks like you probably need to get more protein. It's hard to tell because I don't know how much meat you're using in the dishes. How much is a scoop of ground beef? That could mean a lot of things. You'd probably do good to go through your diet and weigh and measure things out so you can accurately determine exactly how many calories and how much protein you're getting. There's websites that you can use like this...

As far as steroids, I don't think 22 is necessarily too young but you need a good base first before even thinking about them imo.

First up, it's really not that uncommon to struggle to eat. Lots of people have the same trouble. For the first few years that I started bodybuilding, I found eating very hard. Eventually my body adapted and now it can switch up to bulk mode pretty easily.

One simple way of getting down any number of required calories though is simply to drink it. Even if that means you have to take in, say, 4 shakes a day (full meal replacement shakes, with eg protein, oats, fibre, fruit juice, omega oils, yoghurt, almond butter etc) and just 2 solid meals. Over time, you can gradually increase the % of solid food versus shake as your body adapts.

Another trick is to have a smaller meal but source calorie dense (but not junk) foods to supplement with. Eg mixed nuts and seeds, dried fruits, fish oils/oily fish, coconut oil, cheeses etc etc. Sometimes even just taking a small sip of water with the food helps you munch it down and swallow. I also often used to find that swallowing food half-chewed would subsequently provoke a lot of salivary production and making eating the rest of the meal much easier.
