Bupe Diazepam after low dose of bupe.

Hey, I'm in the process of getting clean off OC and am now at day 4 of being clean. I have only took one dose of suboxone and it was .5 mgs taken sublingually over 50 hrs ago.

I have no tolerance at all to benzos and was wondering if it is safe to now take 10mg of diazepam to ease my RLS. So the question is, is that dose of suboxone out of my system or will it still have synergy with the diazepam.

you're definitely fine. My doctor prescribed me Diazepam with Suboxone while going through withdrawals
 
yeah, you'll be fine. in fact, I had a friend on 16mg of suboxone a day with 1mg of klonopin (which I think is what is most often scripted with suboxone). I'd say 10mg of valium is equivalent to about 0.5mg of klonopin, and 0.5mg of suboxone is almost nothing. you'll be alright.
 
.5 mg of buprenorphine is pretty low, the FIRST FIRST FIRST time i ever touched a pill/opiate like 2 years ago , I was probably 15-16, any who my cousin and her GF took the uh 8mg Suboxones, and they went to work and they used to just randomly leave the pill bottle like right in their kitchen cabinet which now looking back is weird for ppl who were such pill heads, So i never took any opioid before this, except liquid vicodin when I was like 8 for a horrid ear infection, ANYWAY I still cant believe this but I put HALF!!! of an 8mg under my tongue and let it dissolve, which is SOOO insane, IDK what I was thinking, I mean it was like its seemed harmless because you put it under your tongue , and it is lemony orange flavored... It was insane like 15 minutes later my head felt INSANE I just remember after I took it I looked in the mirror and lifted my tongue and I was just thinking, what is the big deal? I dont feel much and that was right when it hit me...... CRAZY CRAZY but I forgot what your question was, but I dont really care cause Monk is on.
