Benzos Diastat

Anybody use diastat? Rectal gel of valium. If so, do you prefer it over pill and why? I haven't used it but have been thinking about it if there is an advantage. I use 10mg several times a day. Rarely more than 3 at a time.

All benzos have great oral bioavailability so that rectal administration is not really justifiable unless you can't physically swallow the pills.

I prefer the injectable form.

I have no problem swallowing the pills. I have a lot of stomach problems and sometimes I don't feel like I'm getting the full dose. Thought it might be absorption problem. And I thought maybe the rectal might work faster.
