Heroin Diacetylmorphine to Oxycodone Equivalency Dosage Chart

Hey guys,

Looking for some information on what the dosage equivalence for what pure Diacetylmorphine (Heroin) is when compared to Oxycodone. Any ROA is fine, I can do the maths and adjust for different ROAs, just need some matching dosages to work off from.
Finding reliable info has eluded me.

I do understand that dosage charts are generally just for analgesia, so it would be nice to get that dosage comparison as well as subjective euphoria dose comparison.

Simply put, IV Diamorphine (Heroin) is roughly 3x stronger than IV Oxycodone. So 5mg IV Diamorphine (Heroin) is equivalent to 15mg of IV Oxycodone. However if you take Diamorphine (Heroin) orally then it's got the same potency as Morphine because it's metabolised into Morphine through first pass metabolism. So oral Oxycodone is 1.5-2x stronger than oral Diamorphine (Heroin). I hope that helps, if you need more advice just ask :)
