Opioids DHC 60mg prolonged release help

Please can someone help me to use these safely in a recreational way. I'm used to just 30mg of codeine but like X10 30mg at once. As these are prolonged release guys please help me on his to bypsss and the delayed time.. like if im use to X10, 30mg codeine how many of the 60mg with them behind oroikg4

dhc is approximately 2-3 times as strong as codeine, so divide it by that to get to where you want, you can bypass the slow release by just crushing it to a powder
