Well, to start off, the day before hadn't been a good day. But I decided to still give it a shot.
I've been using dxm for quite a while now, and usually have joyful trips on them, and this was by far my best ever.
I started the day before by going over to my local Smiths and 'attaining' 2 5oz bottles of Delsym (as they are the easiest to get, and taste the best hah); and slowly prepared myself for the following day by cancelling all plans for that day.
- 0 Mins -
So, I get home from high school, hop on my computer, get my music prepared, and then drank it up.
- +10 Mins -
As usual, took a good 2 hours to kick in, so I made myself an early dinner (consisting of hamburgers and fries) and ate while watching tv.
- +50 Mins -
After eating, I ran back upstairs to my computer, where I hopped on Facebook and started chatting with friends. At first I was alright, but about 30 mins after I started, I felt the effects coming on.
- +130 Mins -
This was when crazy shit started happening. At first, a small buzz started, where I had a hard time focusing on direct text, but I still could just fine. I began producing some music (which I actually did really well. I designed the album cover, etc. Here's the cover I made while building up. https://f0.bcbits.com/img/a0585183412_10.jpg)
- +200 Mins -
Still building up; I turned off my computer and headed back downstairs with my two liter in hand. As I walked down the stairs, I felt as though I was entering an airlock, walking on a 2D plane of existence. I arrive and fall down on the sofa where I turn the tv on and don't bother changing the channel. Cartoon Network was still on, and I was in for a surprise. That new show called 'Uncle Grandpa', which already seems like an adhd / drug infested tv show.
- +220 Mins -
Watching the show, was by far the weirdest experience ever... I seemingly entered a new reality, as everything else around me disappeared; I fell into the show. Quite literally. I felt like I was living the show. It's quite hard to explain.
- +240 Mins -
That show was over, and Adventure Time had come on. A much stranger show... It was the episode where Finn is sort of sent into an alternate reality by the Linch or something. I'm not entirely sure. But, I just, it's hard to explain how in-beat I felt with the show. I wish I could.
- +350 Mins? -
Eventually, I go back upstairs, hop on my computer, and start talking with people again. I had a wonderful conversation with an old friend where we talked about things that didn't make much sense to me at the time. I put on Deadmau5 and I remember hearing voices talking along with the music. A dark, raspy voice that would talk about how life was but an imagination. That was when I realized that I was the music, and I started drawing on the walls with my mind. I remember that time was stuck at 7:20 as I looked at my watch, but it never changed. The music completely took over my body, as I swung back and forth to the beats, I felt enlightened.
I focused on the music and nothing else, the walls bending to my will. I stood up, took a drink of soda, and sat back down. It felt like nothing when I drank the soda and such, nothing appeared real. I began questioning my cat, asking her where my fridge was. I believe I was after a sausage that I wanted to 'fatten'. Not entirely sure.
- What Is Time? -
That's the question I constantly asked myself. Time seemed to have frozen. No matter what I did, time never passed. The music was my only focus, and whenever I tried to skip the song, it seemed to not work. I began believing that my computer was possessed. I ended up turning it off and hopping onto my bed, staring at the ceiling watching planets fly around my head. Eventually I fell asleep after pondering what the existence of man was, right before checking my watch to see that it was only 7:32.
In total, I really enjoyed this. There was a lot more that happened, I just can't really remember the things that happened. I remember having some wonderful conversations with friends, even if I didn't understand how I was even typing (as my hands felt alien to me)
As usual, I was deep in thought the whole time.
I hope to see you all soon
