Stimulants dextroamphetamine dosage

what is a good starting dose of d-amphetamine for someone who can shoot .3gs of pretty good street meth oh and by the way the d-amphetamine will be taken orally since i have heard that it's not so great IV
 
".3gs of pretty good street meth" doesnt mean a lot... "pretty good" could be anywhere from 10 to 90% pure depending on who you know.

most people would tell you take 60mg and see what happens. if you are a serious stimulant abuser you could start with upwards of 100mg.

methamphetamine is considered more potent than amphetamine by weight so you would need probably 400+mg of amp to get an equivalent "high" to 300mg pure d-meth. but due to the differences in effects i dont suggest you go eating 14 adderalls at once. start lower and titrate upwards

WHA WHA WHAAAAT?!?! Wow. But then again, I've had a few 3-4 day dex binges where I probably ended up at ~175-200mg/day. That's still probably no where close to the dex equivalent of 300mg meth directly to the bloodstream in seconds. Amph tolerance builds fast and is a complete bitch. I'm always amazed at the end of a ridiculous binge at how much my body and mind could take so I don't find it too unbelievable that humans can acquire that level of tolerance. Comedowns must be fucking HORRIFIC from that much.

I agree with @Crashing about starting ~50mg dex is probably safe for you but I can pretty much guarantee that you'll need twice that much or more to really achieve lift-off.

I always find dosing with dex to be extremely tricky. It seems like every time I binge on it (maybe once every 6-8 weeks on average), it's a slightly different experience than previous times. Anyways, one thing I have learned is that taking too little is sometimes worse than taking too much. If the dose is too low, it seems like all I get are the crappy side effects with no good stuff. So I take some more but only in small increments because I don't want go overboard. All this does is prolong the anxiety, jitters, etc and does not add to the benefits.

Moral is: NO THYSELF ON THY STIM. If you're experienced with the stim your taking, you have a better idea of what dosages lead so-and-so effects FOR YOU PERSONALLY. The next time you do it you can be sure of how much to take right off the bat to get where you wanna go instead of dicking around endlessly between too much and too little. This is probably more true for pharmie stims since they're consistent from pill to pill as opposed to street stims that can vary so much from batch to batch.

2 coefficients apply. The first one is the dextro-levo ratio of street meth, which is debatable but I'll set it to 0.8 for the sake of calculation. The second coefficient is the cut ratio if the meth has been cut, ill set it to 0.5 to be safe. So I guess it's:

300mg x 0.8 x 0.5 = 120mg IR Dexedrine orally which is an unsafe dosage, so is 300mg of meth.

Nexium or Zantac 150 should greatly potentiate.

I'm pretty sure most street meth produced from ephedrine is 95% dextro. (because that's the stereochemistry of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine)
I'm not sure you can assume that the L-meth is inactive either. 10mg racemic amphetamine is probably closer to 7.5mg dextroamp.

Even Tums/Rolaids will help potentiate by increasing absorbtion.
 
^ I usually like PPIs better because they last for 12 hours which is a little above Dexedrine's half life. Tums you gotta feed them all the time to control acidity and I'm a lazy person lol ^_^
 
What's your goal from this "dose"? Knock the library over?

I imagine the OP has already taken as much as they guessed or titrated until but telling someone to take half a bottle and "see what happens" is completely insane, IMO. The effects are unknown to them. Guessing at vague mg equivalencies isn't sound, either. Maybe start with a recommended dose...double, double, double every 30-60 mins.


I'm a daily user (with MPA) and onto day 2 and feeling fine from 75mg (and some etiz. and booze to avoid the dextro-dyspho).
 
the meth at worst was 50% pure that i know from testing meth in the past and my experience with 85% pure meth so i'm gonna assume low and say it was 50% pure so i'm gonna try taking 30mg SR dexedrine crushed up to bypass the SR and see how that does and if it helps and gives me any kind of feelings of well being then i'm gonna take 60mg SR as my usual dose

Sounds like a solid plan. I'm always interested to see what meth users think of dex and vice versa. Dex is my SOC (stim of choice) and I've been doing it off and on for a while. I've used meth only twice and it blew dex out of the fucking water IMO. Good thing I live in a part of the country where it's not so readily available :P
 
i ended up taking 150mg SR and it was nice not great like meth but still very nice but for it's intended purpose i'd probably take half that

Yes it also yields desomorphine from codeine, no synthesis allowed.
