Actually I've read somewhere that people were unable to distinguish between d-amp and d-mamp when IV'd. I personally have never tried it, but there are a lot of risks associated with slamming damp which I'm assuming you have in tablet form, of which you'd have to filter all the crap out of before prepping the shot.
As for mixing it with ketamine in a rig, I again can't condone that. While it theoretically doesn't seem to pose much problems, you're going to be putting a lot of strain on your heart and they could potentially interact in a bad way. I have only used ketamine in combination with AL-Lad, which was extremely euphoric and fun, but couldn't imagine the fun in mixing it with a potent stimulant. It's dissasosiative effects would just kind of freak you out as you'd be speeding while being a little retarded at the same time, I can't even imagine what K-holing would be like, it doesn't sound pleasant whatsoever. Whenever I do use ketamine however I have never got to the stage of holing as I prefer to take little bumps of the stuff every 5-10 minutes or so, I find it much more satisfying this way, but apparently it's also a one way ticket to making it more addictive. Ketamine is usually combined with serotonin based drugs, as I'm sure you know lots use it while on MDMA, and I've heard good reports from people using it while on 2-cb but it'd usually towards the peak or two hours or so into the high.
People do slam it simultaneously with cocaine a lot too. Along with snorting it. It's called CK if my memory serves me correctly. Again, apparently it's very euphoric, but cocaine is a whole different kettle of fish when it comes to how it acts in the brain and the general effects that it produces too.
Maybe slamming at the same time wouldn't be condusive. Personally I would do the ketamine a little while into the d-amp high if I were to even consider doing it - but i wouldn't. Doesn't sound very pleasant in my opinion and I have a lot of experience with d-amp.
