Might want to try Melatonin for sleep.Ya know usually I get super depressed in the winter. Probably something to do with the light. I started on a high dose vitamin D a few months ago, mostly for the covid protection but I’ve actually found myself generally much happier than I usually am at this time of year. Have read a good few studies since that suggests it’s worthwhile for people depressed over winter to supplement vitamin D. Might be worth a shot.
