TDS Depression still sucks

Ya know usually I get super depressed in the winter. Probably something to do with the light. I started on a high dose vitamin D a few months ago, mostly for the covid protection but I’ve actually found myself generally much happier than I usually am at this time of year. Have read a good few studies since that suggests it’s worthwhile for people depressed over winter to supplement vitamin D. Might be worth a shot.

mines be all year + endless + manic + impervious to medication + overwhelming + sad + shitlikethat it sucks much + weed doesn't hel[; stims dont help; still lazy; still dont wanna go to work or do anything idk + i should probably just stop doing so many drugs/ but that'll be the day

Been battling depression for 20 years sometimes i get small periods where i am free but no treatment has ever worked. I must say winter does affect me worse aswell. Waiting for the day a true cure arrives even mushrooms are only temporary relief for a month or two. Wish you well in your struggle.

Might want to try Melatonin for sleep.
I dont know it by itself but if i take it to my usual things i notice it very strong. Hard to get up at noon though. Vit. D helps against getting Covid? Very interesting!!! I only know you shouldnt take too much.
