Mental Health Depressed

I’m going to have to leave my girlfriend and my family today at five, I’m feeling pretty depressed about the situation. I don’t really know why, they should treat my mental problems while I’m there. I guess I just don’t want to have to leave my girlfriend.

Anyway, I really need someone to talk to right now, she’s asleep

Its normal to feel that.Before my entering detox evrytime feels that-depresses,anger,self accusation,guilt....shitty feelings.But it good step in right direction.Good luck man!In the end it will be great.

Dam im really sorry about that dude. I’m sure this is a really scary situation. Have u been to rehab before? I’ve never been. Maybe it’ll be a positive experience for you? I’m definitely here for u bro, whenever u need to talk. I’m happy to help
