I'm wondering how safe it is to take use amphetamines for dancing all night? It usually comes in pill form over here like E, I'm not sure if it is meth or regular amph, but it's pretty common for clubs/raves.

My main concerns are the stress to the cardiovascular system and also the increased risk of neurotoxicity due to higher body temperatures while dancing. I would imagine that amphetamines themselves put a lot of strain on the body without being combined with excessive dancing.

Anybody have any feedback on this? I love the feeling, but I'm just not sure if it's worth it...

as long as you don't go overboard, you should be fine. that's not to say that going overboard while you're dancing is hard at all - you'll want to move slower, trying to keep your heart from racing any faster than it already will be.

keep a bottle of water on-hand or nearby, and make sure you stretch, stretch, stretch. stretching as many parts of your body as you can will save you a great deal of pain the next day..

Is this something that you do often?

And yeah man, I've felt the pain. Aafter one event I messed up my ankle I could barely walk on it for like a month after. There's just something about the rush and trance of dancing on speed that can't be beat though...
