Daily Seroquel, LSD?

Yes it will likely negate the effects of the LSD.You shouldn't stop taking the seroquel at all. You have been prescribed it for a reason. A reason which is likely contraindicated with psychedelic use anyway. Keep taking your meds and forget about the LSD, for the moment at least.

i also do not at all recommend stopping your medication usage, if you were going to anyway make sure to do at least a decent taper. but seriously, its not a good idea.
LSD works by releasing a chemical in your brain called serotonin. Seroquel blocks that serotonin from being released, so basically it would be working against the LSD. Your trip would be severely diminished and you might not get any of the sought positive effects at all. If I may ask, why are you prescribed seroquel? Do you have any mental disorders?

Don't take LSD on Seroquel. And don't stop taking Seroquel suddenly just so you can take LSD.
Also, don't take Seroquel on a permanent basis unless you are truly quite insane. Save the LSD for once you've stopped taking Seroquel by advice of your doctor, and you feel like you have a well-adjusted state of mind.

Although I'm no fan of big pharma or most of the medication these companies produce, anti-psychotics are something that it can be really dangerous to stop taking, unless you have been misdiagnosed. Usually they're given for rather serious disorders so in the interest of your safety do not stop taking them just to trip.
You can still trip while taking anti-psychotics, though you'll need to take a fairly large dose of whatever psychedelic you plan to trip on, in this case LSD. However, depending on the particular disorder you have, it may not be too wise to take psychedelics. It would be very helpful if you provided us with more information regarding this.
