DA transporter inhibitor & Mu Agonist?

So here is another interesting one I’ve composed:

AlsoTapered, can you please tell me how you were able to observe that the previous compound I suggested was a mu antagonist instead of an agonist?

I can’t see in the picture the reference number for any literature search?

Thanks

I’m thinking that a compound, such as the above, which is serotonergic, dopaminergic, and mildly mu-agonist active would make a great antidepressant similar to tianeptine?? It may be addictive, but then again, so is practically everything which successfully boosts mood and hits the reward center / hedonic hotspot, whether dopaminergic, opioid, GABAergic, glutaminergic, or otherwise.

Coincidentally I was just reading about this:

I guess the term is "co-drug" apparently.

Yeah, I do ALOT of Wikipedia scouring, and by scouring I mean OCD-grade scouring but that was the first time I came across that mf

*Looks like that page is pretty new, a few months. Still, I must not have been hitting the dexedrine hard enough lately since I only now just came across it
