a friend of mine has had great success potentiating loperamide with ketoconazole, and was looking to recreate the experiment with cimetidine...will he be able to do so,even with a larger than recommended dose? (his dose of ketoconazole was 500mg)

I take cimetidine with my xanax and it seems like the dose increases. Can't quantify. Todat I tried to do without at work and the xanax helped but didn't have as pronounced of an anxiolytic effect. I have similar questions as to magnitude of potentiation. ADD seems like a better place for this discusion to me too (or someone that frequents there that has insight in cimetidine mediated potentiation.
