I almost never CWE unless there's more than 3g of APAP, and I almost always use Norcos for hydrocodone. Roxicodone is hard to get and doesn't have any APAP, so usually Percocet for oxycodone, those are the main two opiates I do. Norcos have 10mg hydrocodone/375mg APAP at the lowest dose, you need 8-9 of them to reach 3g of APAP, I usually only take 4-5. 40 or 50mg of hydro for less than 2g of APAP, it's amazing. I know people are going to tell me I'm crazy for saying 3g, but consider I usually do Norcos and less than 2g of APAP, and I don't do it every day or drink that much. I don't take ibuprofen or tylenol for anything, and I don't feel sick taking 3g of APAP, I only take 3g of APAP when I'm using Percocets and that's (maybe) 3-4 times a month and often it's less than 3g. Really, it depends on you. There is danger/uncomfortable point for everyone, but it varies, some people just have tougher livers than others, or are in better physical shape/are young. I do admit 3g is high but I'm not putting myself in danger, and CWEs are less pleasant for me almost always.
