Misc CWE on Night Nurse Capsules?

I have always just used Night Nurse liquid to potentiate my oxycodone and also for my insomnia.

However, I always had to take care to never take more than the therapeutic dose as each dose contains 1000mg Acetaminophen (Paracetamol, Tylenol).

Night Nurse is also available in capsules so - assuming the capsules contain a powder - would it be possible to use a Cold Water Extraction to remove the Acetaminophen and leave just the Promethazine and DXM.

Why not purchase phenegran and robotussin, then mix.

If there is any alcohol in the syrup at all, kiss that extraction goodbye.

There is in the syrup but I'd assume not in the capsules?

I've looked online and managed to purchase Phenegran and a cough syrup that contains DXM but not acetaminophen thanks for the suggestion.
