Misc CWE extraction of Nurofen Plus?

Is it possible? I've been purchasing pure codeine syrup here in Ireland (Codinex) but most pharmacies are reluctant to sell it so I have to resort to Nurofen Plus. I've heard a cold-water extraction is possible with codeine and ibuprofen tablets.

Does anyone have a detailed method of how to extract the codeine?
