Heroin cut with coco powder

I'm new to this, but someone told me the h I was using smelled like it was cut with coco powder... Is this uncommon? I was also told that cutting h with coco powder is extremely bad for your heart. Has anyone ever heard of that?
 
Cuts vary substantially from region to region and even dealer to dealer within regions. As far as I know, there isn't a database that tracks cuts by frequency so there's no way we can answer this outside of speculation.

Whether its coco powder or something else, you know its cut so you should be filtering and taking precautions. Check the directory for lots of threads on these topics and if you have any questions, please feel free to PM :)
