Any suggestions on some things I can do to help with this
As most of you know I use the paleo diet, in recent years I havent really had any problem with this but recently at night its been bad for some reason

I usually eat nuts (peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, pistachios etc). Good to suppress appetite, with high amounts of healthy fat, protein and dietary fiber.

(I'm an autoimmune diabetic so it's important for me to monitor my carb intake, and that's my strategy usually...)

Yeah i used to do that but im trying to avoid taking in any more food at this time. When i get to my target look i wont have a problem doing that
Ive been doing some research and it seems maybe glocosumine might help? It just sucks ive never had this problem before, very frustrating

Have you tried filling up with psyllium husks before bed? I use that on low carb diets to reasonable effect.

Try to find foods that are extremely fibrous like veggies. Pumpkin and squash are my go-to foods. The abundance of actual material tricks me into thinking I'm actually eating a lot of food, but the caloric return in regards to energy regulation is nullified.

Also doesn't hurt to include periods of refeeds. The point is to increase the circulating leptin and decrease the circulating ghrelin. Ghrelin (along with a few other factors) is what ends up making the desire to binge eat become too intense you cannot physically resist.

I agree. Do a paleo-binge diet, with a day or two of pigging out every week.

I have always followed one rule when executing any format of dieting. If there is an inherent tone of restriction to anything (whether is macronutrients or source of caloric intake) you should be conscientious about when or how you should include periods of "refeeding". (To anyone reading this who doesn't know what we mean by that. It's a periodical instance where one eats at a hypercaloric state that is generally much higher in terms of total calories than what the individual is currently eating at.)

I have not, its not so much before bed I have an issue. Its around 7/8 pm or so things get a little crazy
I can try that out, have you heard about glocosamine or amino acids being useful?

As it relates to your answers I guess maybe im just going too hard on myself because i was so far gone from looking how I normally look and i want to get there quickly( i know cardinal sins)

But im just looking to curb the cravings just for the time being, when im in the shape I want I have no problem eating like i have been(pizza and doughnuts a few times a week) but i want to be under 10% BF before i start doing that.

I just know that glucosamine is a monosaccharide so I'm assuming the amount of work required to be broken down at the cellular level is pretty miniscule.

Glucosamine study here.

Appetite suppressant activity of amino acids here.

Easiest thing to do is buy Paleo or Atkins approved "candy bars"
If you can have a high fat/low car treat, this is something I made while on a low carb diet (not exactly Paleo).

1 stick of cream cheese
1 pint of heavy cream
several packets of stevia or other fake sugur

whip the cream until light and fluffy.
Add fake sugar to taste.
Add the cream cheese and mix until well blended.
refrigerate and enjoy. This is very low carb but very high in fat so only if your diet allows for it but it sure does taste good. On the Atkins style low carb diet I could eat this and was still able to lose weight.
