I'm a 140 pound, 5 foot 7 inch male. For the last two months I've taken 200 mg of suntheanine brand L-theanine sublingually, along with around 16 ounces of black coffee every morning. I find that the theanine is very effective at stopping caffeine jitters, and allowing me to complete long tasks. I do notice mild head-aces, but they are negligible. Next week I plan on adding 750 mg aniracetam and 300 mg Alpha GPC choline to the daily stack. What do you think? Any known conflicts/negative side effects? All input will be appreciated, especially if you have experience with nootropics. Note: I also have Jarrow Formula capsules of 5-htp but do not use it on a regular basis. Should I be?
