Crappy Feeling

Ok, so I'm not sure if Im posting this in the right place, but I'm having the worst feelings..ever.

Ill be doing something normal, like reading a book, browsing the internet, listening to music, then all of a sudden Ill get sweaty, get hot, and paranoid.

What could this be?

I haven't used Cocaine in well over a year, and last time Xanax was around 3-4 weeks ago (I never use Xanax more than once a week recreationally) and I don't think this is from Xaxax, but its almost the same effects as after using Xanax (like the day after use).

This feeling will last about 5-10 mins. then everything will go back to normal.

Sounds like an andrenic reaction. Stop drinking coffee and using anything that stimulates the adrenal glands. Try taking some depressants like a long acting benzo like klonopin, or phenibut which is completely legal and can be bought online.

I will most likely see my doctor if this keeps occurring. I found the right term for what I'm experiencing and its called 'hot flashes' which can be caused by lifestyle/diet and or medications. Im gonna have to start eating healthier, and not drink so much coffee.
