I've heard stories I was just curious on you peoples thoughts or what not if it matters if you roll in a warm or cool environment? I've always been curious as to if that matters or not.

Thanks

I feel that when I start my roll, and I'm beginning to feel it, if I touch anything that's super cold, my roll kinda disappears...its like a shock thing I guess..

Most of my friends hate to roll in the cold. It doesn't affect me much but it does make a slight difference. Usually once I start rolling hard my body gets heated up.

most people just want to be in a comfortable climate while rolling...too hot or too cold can both really kill a roll. but nothing kills a roll like walking from a nice warm house outside into 30 degree weather.

honestly... i love being in the middle of a crowd, and be hot and sweaty... that's just part of the experience for me. it's so..... primal?

but even still, when i do take breaks: i LOVE finding something that's super cold to touch. the contrast of temperatures blows me UP. =)

when it first hits me my body tempurature goes crazy so i like being somewhere cold or cool at first, so i cool down and i dont sweat like crazy and dehydrate. I dont like being cold thru-out my high tho cause its just an annoyance, and after about an hour or 2 after i first get high, my tempurature starts to go back to normal so im fine.

Never rolled in the cold, but I don't think I'd like it very much. I'm a Southern boy, and I love to go outside shirtless and feel the night breeze. It's like my favorite thing. Although I imagine snuggling up to someone next to a fire would be cool too!
