Convert resin/fent to powder?

So I recently got a bag of brownish mushy fent which I’ve never received before. I always snort and thought if I heated it the mushy substance would dry out and I could then break it down into a powder.
After only 5 min on the toaster oven’s lowest setting it turned into basically a pool of liquid, once it cooled it remained a sticky resin which is what I’m left with now.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do to possibly convert this resin into a powder or something more suitable for snorting? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Have no experience with smoking but I’ll probably end up doing that if I can’t find any solution

I’ve heated coke to much higher temps for much longer and never had this happen. Was it most likely the cut that caused it to melt?
