Tonight I've seen quite a few Concerta/Ritalin threads and I read that alot of people scrape off that outer coating(the part with the print/ink on it) and just throw it away!?
Just so you users of concerta know that 27 or 17% of the entire dose is mixed into a matrix contained in the most outer coating to instantly realease some of the dose to get blood levels up and then the time release is just to keep steady blood levels througout the day.
So when you scrape that most outer layer off on Concerta don't just throw it away eat it!
