Concerta and MDMA

My mate is wanting to take her first pill on the weekend the only problem she has in mind is that she has ADD. I have read the achive posts and learnt that its not the actuall ADD that could effect the roll, but the type of medication.

She is currently taking Concerta 54mg daily. She/we were wondering if anyone is on concerta and does mdma pills. If so was the roll effected? How so?

I can give some info on Concerta if that helps with answering.

I wouldn't take it on the same day i'd roll, and maybe on the day before that.

I'm not sure how chemically similar concerta is to adderall, but i usually take 20-30mg of adderall before I roll in public to keep me up and going a bit more.

Would this explain why she didn't come down untill 6am? She took the whole pill at around 11:30pm.

Do you have ADHD tho? Cuz I've found that if I don't take my concerta for the two days before I roll, I tend to have a better roll. Does anyone else have similar experiences?
