Has anyone tried both of these? I'm trying to work out which would be better as a functional stimulant.
So far I've only tried Methiopropamine, for me, seems to be a bit of a double edged sword.
Pros...
  • Increased attention span
  • Can stay awake for 2/3 days
  • No euphoria, so can function normally
  • Relatively easy comedown

And cons...
  • Bad jaw clenching, have been thinking about getting a tooth guard…(any advice here??)
  • Constant need to urinate, and after a while urination can become difficult
  • Pupil dilation (although not so bad…)
  • Chest pains
  • Reduced apetite, and thus weight loss

I would suggest eating more to combat the negative side effects.

I am not sure many stimulants are all that functional in general; however I do just fine with d-amp IR tabs. :)

There are drugs which act to retain water, such as opiates. I am not suggesting you use them, however, I am just pointing out why I don't really get any of the negative side effects you do as I am currently on buprenorphine.

My gut instinct would be to suggest you lower your MPA dosage. Have you tried this?

for the jaw clenching, have you tried chewing some gum? i recommend Big League Chew so you can get a nice wad of gum in your mouth ( and it tastes great too, try to get grape lol ) but i suppose a few pieces of any gum will do.
i don't do stims so im really no help here, except i used to roll a lot b4 i turned to downers and i would get really tweaked cuz im bipolar (didn't know at the time) and gum always helped the bruxism (is that the right word?)
anyways good luck finding a drug that will work for you.

EDIT: And like CH said ^ make sure to eat.. or try to n e wayz.

MPA is a less centrally active methamphetamine analog, what do you expect?

Camfetamine is probably nicer on your body because it is just a reuptake inhibitor. But don't expect the same level of... euphoria, I guess.

Well, my first sample of camfetamine arrived yesterday. After having had almost zero effect from MPA (apart from at highish doses above 100mg, plugged - and even that was just like a very mild version of methylone's effects) I had my fingers crossed for some of the nice, chilled stimulant effects that people have been talking about.

I'm a 48 year-old male, about 65kg, and after a tiny test amount to make sure there I had no unpleasant sensitivity to it, I plugged 50mg. Nothing. An hour later, I plugged another 50mg. Still nothing.
I'm really puzzled about this: have I broken whatever neurotransmitter system is responsible for MPA and camfetamine's effects? LOL! Although I assume they act differently, but information seems very hard to come by about what exactly they *do* in the brain. I think I'm going to give up on stims - other than methylone (which I don't really like any more 'cos it makes me jittery and edgy and unsettled) they just seem like throwing money away. I'm going to stick to MDMA, aMT and spliffs which, thankfully, *do* still work for me.

Shame :((

Sparky Marky: MPA works quite well for me if I don't have too much stim tolerance, Camfetamine on the other hand I don't think I've really registered, I may have once or twice, but it was so mild so it could just be imagination. And belive me I have tried, I'm sure I've gone through at least 10 grams since it was released. I guess it's kind of like with tramadol, nice if you have no opie tolerance what so ever, but if you have a tiny bit of tolerance, only peripheral side effects are noted, for me at least.

Yup, YBC - MPA seems to be working more for me now than when I first tried it. Weird. Still only fairly minor effects, but definitely a bit more drive and perkiness - and nowhere near as edgy and clumsy-feeling as I am with methylone. Camfetamine, though, remains a complete puzzle to me: this afternoon, I tried 100mg of it. An hour later, I felt a bit yawny so I lay down for a nap, expecting the camfetamine to keep me awake. I slept for three hours solid!! LOL

*shrugs* :)
