Is there a way to know if there are still metabolites of paliperidone in my body after a blood test or something like that?
What test would measure the value of the medication in the body? Does it have a name? Because I looked for it and couldn't find it. I took two injections. One of 100 mg and another of 150 mg at the end of September last year (the first on the 25th and the last on the 28th).I guess you could make a blood test just like you would make one to figure out at which blood concentration paloperidone is for you.
If you tell me how much time there was in between shots and maybe your dosage I might be able to give you an estimate however.
IDK. The kind of blood test your doctor would make in order to estimate blood plasma levels of Invega. What test would measure the value of the medication in the body? Does it have a name? Sorry I guess I wasn't clear. I would like to know how often you would need to redo the shot. Monthly?
Isso! Invega Sustenna
Invega Sustenna has an elimination half life of 25-49 days. Considering that it can take 5-7 times the half life for the substance to completely be purged, it should take somewhere between 125-343 days.
