About 26 hours ago I tried meth for the first time. I probably used about .125-.15g by smoking and hot railing over a few hours (also took 2mg suboxone). What a rush! Didn't realize how good ice would feel. Anyways, I IVed .1g later on which would be about 17.5 hours ago. I enjoyed this much more than the other two ROA's for sure...prolly not a good thing!
I've definitely come down but I just can't sleep and I gotta go to work in a few hours. I ate a meal and drank lots of water but I can feel my body getting weaker and I know I'll be tired later.
So my question is, what would be the safest choice out of tramadol and subutex. I'm not asking what I should take, I just need to know because I read that tramadol and meth combined can cause serotonin syndrome. I have 250mg of tramadol. But I figured maybe enough time has passed to where it would be safe. I am also wondering if bupe blocks the effects of tramadol because I know it's a synthetic opioid... I have an 8mg subutex pill that I would only need like 2mg max if I were to take that.
I don't know what to do. I gotta work like 10 hours and I don't wanna be tired and in a shitty mood all day, and I don't wanna do anymore uppers. Does anyone have experience using bupe or tramadol to ease the comedown of meth but not going to sleep? I'm no stranger to opiates so they definitely won't make me fall asleep. Will either of these lift my mood and take away the pain of the meth comedown, or will it just be a waste??
