A friend of a friend has acquired prescriptions for Ritalin 3 x 20mg for ADHD, and sonata 30 mg nightly and Temazepam 30 mg nightly for chronic insomnia she has. The person also has about 6 mg Xanax from an old prescription and some tramodol as well. This person has some experience with these drugs individually but she is interested in playing around with some more combos. She has spaced Benzos well enough to retain a decent tolerance. Any suggestions on some good combos to start with? Below are recreational doses This person says she has used in the past for the drugs She has available. She is looking for a strong experience, but obviously wants to minimize any potential harm.

Ritalin - user reported max taken in 1 dose is 60 mg orally for a middle of the road effect.

Temazepam - user reported this is new script with not much experience. She has taken a max dose of 75 mg orally so far with decent effect. She has got some severe anxiety issues at night from a history of abuse and finds mixing cannibis with the benzos really helps take that away for a night. The temazapam used as precribed for sleep will actually prevent her nightmares for that night and for someone who is used to waking up at 2am almost nightly from horribly real nightmares reliving past abuse this is bliss. The only downside is having to control herself and not use them nightly since she has no desire for benzo addiction.

Sonata - max dose was 45 mg railed for good/very weird effect. Limited experience reported by friends friend.

Xanax - good dose is 2mg. Any more than this assuming at least a day between uses and the user experienced amnesia.

Tramodol - She reported she never cared for the stuff but thought the Benzos could potentiate the effect. She has enjoyed Vicodin in the past and other opiates. She has also enjoyed kratom.

Cannibis - user reports enjoying cannibis and other synthetic canabinoids. Cannibis is drug of choice however she has limited access currently.

I'll preface this by saying I don't reccomend anyone try this. This was just this other persons experience and she has experience with these drugs. Today she took 15 mg temazapam, 1 mg xanax, 40 mg ritalin and 200 mg tramodol. This was about an hour and a half ago. She feels good but thinks it could probably be better. She is considering taking another 1/2 mg xanax and 100 mg tramodol. Less / More opinions? She said the Benzos do seem to make the tramodol much more enjoyable. She didn't think ritalin added much to the mix.

It isn't wise to combine these drugs, both from a HR standpoint and also from a recreational standpoint.

Combining ritalin with high doses of benzos is pointless. If you want to get high off of ritalin and then use benzos for the comedown then that is fine, but taking them together kinda cancels each other out. Also taking a tiny dose of a benzo before the ritalin can help with reducing anxiety caused by ritalin, but too high of a benzo dose would cancel it out as I said before.

If you don't care for tramadol unless it's combined with a benzo then you answered your own question.

Thank you for the response. This person ended up quite enjoying a mix of temazepam, xanax and tramodol. She won't try the ritalin and benzos again at the same time.

I am with TommyBoy,
Mixing Ritalin and Tramadol is a horrible idea, as both lower the seizure threshold, and tramadol has actually caused seizures in dosages within the therapeutic range. I would honestly use the benzodiazepines alone or for the ritalin crash, but if you insist on taking the tramadol, adding a LOW dose of a benzodiazepine might actually be a good idea in this specific case only because tramadol has such a notorious reputation for its abilities to cause seizures. Normally though, I would never recommend combining an opiate and a benzo, its just that tramadol is a very unique opioid which also works s an NRI.

Rally though, Id be satisfied enough with the Methylphenidate (Ritalin), and the two benzo's. I'd either throw away or give away the tramadol and Sonata to someone else though, or save it in case you ever become addicted to stronger opiates and need something in case of a pinch.
