Opioids Combining Potent Opioids With Methoxetamine..Safety?

Hi guys

I've read some conflicting reports and would love to get the opinions of those out there who either have experience with this, or have information on the subject.

For someone who is opioid dependent on high doses of potent opioids (whether it be heroin, dilaudid, opana, etc), what is the consensus regarding the safety of researching Methoxetamine along with these opioids?


I would think that the use of opioids which are CNS and respiratory depressants, while researching a dissociative anesthetic such as ketamine or MEthoxetamine could pose a serious danger, MXE especially given its long duration

So I have little doubt that the potential for serious, even deadly consequences to occur, I'm curious as to whether this combo is particularly dangerous, to the point of being avoided Under any circumstances, or if it more of the run of the mill interaction (like combining opioids with a modest dose of benzos)-meaning it's something that certainly can get you into serious trouble if you go overboard, but that researching a small/medium amount of Methoxetamine along with perhaps a slightly reduced dose of your opioid of choice does not pose an unreasonable risk, and can be done without excessive concern.

And again, I am not talking about someone who is opiate naive, but rather someone who is a daily and dependent user of high dose potent opioids. Thanks and be sage.

dangerous territory for sure, i would avoid at all costs personally, i've had close calls with MXE alone and combined with high dose nbome and 2Cx (which is different obviously) but the main danger being possibly, once you'e dosed your MXE, and are no longer "thinking straight" there is a risk you will redose one or the other which could result in leading to CNS depression resulting in death. This combo would also make you prone to accidents (which MXE does alone, will be potentiated by the opy), especially if you don't have a sitter....

Then as you said, methadone and benzos is a no no at all costs in theory, IME i've taken ridiculously high doses of both at the same time very many times (had a huge tolerance to both), and only once had a minor OD (maybe there was a bit of a death wish at that time of my life too so...)

You have a large tolerance to opies, so that reduces the potential risk of this combo... this is not everyones case obviously.

If others have experience and can advvise better, i would just like to add that if you do do it, make sure you have a trip sitter, once again it sounds like playing with fire a bit...

I've done OC and MXE and found the MXE cancels out the OC. Also after having done it, I learned what a STUPID idea that was.

Be safe. The only MXE deaths I know of were from combos, like Methylone.

MXE by itself is simply wonderful. The only combo I like is with weed.

Moderate doses of opioids are fine along with MXE. Generally MXE is pretty stimulating to respiration and cardiac rate...
