So, today i started taking 45 mg of aderal, then i proceded to speed ball with a 40 mg oxicontin, and a 10 mg hydrocodone. Now i ended up getting hooked up with abuncha benzos ( kalonapin) not sure what milligram, but i took 7 of em. Then i took another 40 mg oxi to keep the comedown of the aderal to a minimum. Would it be safe to start taking some ambien on top of that with some beers to top of the night? I forgot to mention i been drinking some beers moderately towards the end of the night. Just not sure how safe the ambiens would be to mix. Neone got any pointers?8(

Absolutely not safe, no. Mixing CNS depressants is very dangerous.. and you're mixing 3 together..

Overdoses happen like this all the time. You need to stop drinking, do not take the ambien, and come down from everything you are on. And in the future, if you don't want to end up not breathing one night, stop recklessly mixing every pill under the sun.

How can you just pop 7 of a pill and not know the dose? If they are white then its 2 mg which are pretty strong, blue = 1 mg and yellow = .5. Forget the ambien, the Klonopin is going to make you black out guaranteed, taking 7 means you took a minimum of 3.5 mgs. I can't think of any reason to take the ambien, aside from increasing the risk of dying which already sounds high enough.

How is it that if full agonist have higher binding affinitys than other full AG they don't block each other in the fashion bupe does? For example take hydrocodone and codeine and for this example codeine has the higher binding affinity, but hydro stronger. If you maxed out your recortors with codeine how is hydrocodone going to be able to offer anything subjective due to codeine beating it at the site?

With 45mg Adderall you're way to low on stimulants and too high on CNS depressants, it's not a speed-ball.

IF and only IF you REALLY want to drink, I would minimize it as significantly as possible. Maybe one beer (and a light beer at that). However you should NOT be taking the ambien on top of all those opiates. Should you continue this behavior, I guarantee one day you will fall asleep, stop breathing, heart will stop, and will never wake up again. Please take caution and ask about HR in regards to this prior to taking them.

Best of Luck,
MF4M

Buprenorphine isnt just an agonist. It a partial agonist/antagonist with a high affinity but little intrinsic activity (hence why it can halt WD but causes less sedation then a full agonist like morphine).
Factors otherthen affinity come to bear in the brain receptors.
Not all of your receptors have to be filled to acheive effects, buprenorphine starts to treat pain when only 5-10% of receptors are filled.

Op, this thread stinks of trolling...either that or you have a crazy tolerance.
In the event that you are tellung the truth my advice would be STOP, before you kill yourself!.

All about knowing your body, and knowing a lot about drugs and what you can handle.
There has been times i have mixed 6-7 downers and been perfectly fine. Able to speak properly, walk around, then drive home later. Of course i made sure that each drug i took was in a low dose.

I've also mixed benzo's and alcohol more than 200 times at least, even with opiates. Again i know how much i can handle, and i make sure to keep the doses pretty low. If you do not know what you are doing then you are asking for trouble, so all in all if you have to ask.... don't do it.

Combining pills is what it's all about. Most dangerous way to use drugs though, know that.

I dig starting with an Amphetamine, letting the rush wear off, poppin a strong Opiate and then a Benzo. Better than rolling.

Agreed. Don't mix CNS depressants, or even stimulants and depressants. People die from this all the time.

I have combined alcohol with depressants (benzos or Rohypnol) but I had no idea I was doing this since the few times it happened it was in a bar or dance club and I would have drank some alcohol before going out, and then at the bar or dance club I did unknowningly drink alcoholic drinks spiked with Rohypnol or another benzo; but I had people watching out for me and I did black out but I did not hurt myself, have to go to the ER; but I don't react to drugs the way most people do.
