Collecting Bags- Boston/New England

I sometimes like to collect baggies off the street. It's a weird, I know, but it entertains me. I recently found a new one in Boston that is blue. Does anyone know what might have been sold in this guy?

And also, do any of you guys enjoy collecting bags? I know stamp bags are a popular.
