When coke is first made into a base, can it be smoked like crack with the same affect?
 
if you live in north america, i guess this technically qualifies as "north american drug discussion" but I'm almost certain theres a coke forum or general drug forum this would work much better in.

Freebase coke IS crack, so yes, it would be the exact same effect.
 
You mean coca paste? Which is in base form until processed into cocaine Hcl.. I'm pretty sure. They call it Basuco, the base paste and it is not as pure as processed coke or cocaine made into base form via ammonia and ether, not with baking soda like crack..The basuco is defintely smoked as it is a base, it''s just got some impurites in it , but it;s cheaper than coke or base cocaine made from coke, it's pretty big in South America and some places in Central America and even Mexico I heard..

Oh shit, I forgot all about the paste. I remember hearing about its occasional availability in Southern Cali, but not something that was really commercially sold.
 
^^^ Yeah the paste is mostly South America, and lesser in Central America and some in Mexico, never seen it myself in the US, but I figured if anywhere in the uS it would be cali, or even southern Texas or some border state..not in quntity I did not think either, just something that sometimes comes into places on or near the border and kept in a small group, since there is small amounts of it usually...like you said, not really commercialy sold.
