coke in Baltimore

Hello all, I'm thinking of spending next weekend in Baltimore. It's not really a vacation because who vacations in Baltimore. It's more of checking out a city I've never been to.

Can anyone recommend nightclubs/ bars outside of inner harbor. I kind of want to avoid tourist bars. I want to party where the young locals go. Crowd can be hipsters, college students, etc. just no yuppies. Do open air markets for coke exist?
