Opioids Codeine, Klonopin and trying to add one more!!

I only had 3, Tylenol 3s (90mgs)left so I took them with 1.5 klonopin, and I'm feeling good now but I want to add gabapentin to it , maybe 600-900mgs , I'm also smoking weed later so I know it will really enhance everything . So is this safe to do ? Been on klonopin almost 2 years and have a recreational dose of 17.5mhs 2 times , let me know
