This isn't permanent, right? What causes this? I've never had this problem in the past. Very annoying.

I've never heard of or experienced that before (I've dosed at that amount frequently.) If it doesn't go away within 24hrs, you might want to check it out with a doc. It's probably not that serious though, I wouldn't freak out.
