codeine cwe taste..?

I've been doing cwe on and off for a long time. My comfortable dose is approx 240mg codeine, and I'm happy with my extraction method.

...but its the taste of the end result that i'd like some advice with. I normally just knock it back in one go, followed very quickly by something sweet. Like a piece of chocolate, or a sugary drink. ..i'm just curious to know what people's methods are for dealing with the foul bitter taste of the brew?

microwave till warm, add a bunch of honey, stir it, drink it up.. the honey should mask a lot of the taste and it's sweet too.

I do the same thing but with some juicy juice after the Codeine "shot".
I suppose consuming anything that's stupidly high on the "fuck, that's a taste sensation" chart is likely to do the trick
Oh, but I've just thought that liquids would be better than solids as when you have contents in your tummy it takes longer for a chemical to start acting (think taking a pill after a meal).
