Cocaine Cocaine with bits of paper

Recently bought a G, that seemed potent enough. Strangley, some of the powder were in rock form that seemed to have bits of paper adhered to it. The paper could not be cut up with a razor. I did notice that if I got the papery substance wet It would eventually smear, but not really dissolve.
Any ideas what this is?

We can't ID substances over the internet, it could literally be anything. If you are concerned about purity do an extraction.
