Cocaine Cocaine Side Effects - Are these normal? Is it a sinus problem?

I had some cocaine last night with a couple of double vodkas. Nearly 24 hours later I have a fairly painful headache (particularly in the forehead region) and well as face pain. My ears feel like they are leaking discharge as well as having a tight feeling in the throat. My eyes are also tearing slightly.

Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated. So far I have just taken a couple of OTC painkillers but they have not really helped.

Could this be the start of a sinus infection?

It sounds like a possible allergic reaction. Headaches are quite common after snorting drugs but mixed with the other symptoms your condition would be considered abnormal imo.

I have no idea how serious it is though..

It sounds like the start of a sinus infection. I dont think its an allergic reaction, not 24hrs later.
Sniffing the coke probably caused the infection though. Think of how many hands (and countries) the coke has passed though before reaching you, stands to reason that some bacteria will be present.
Or, you didnt chop the coke fine enough before sniffing. Large particules done more damage to the membrane then fine particules and thus can lead to more irritation.
Anti-histamines should help, as should de-congestants. If it doesnt resolve in 24hrs then its more likelt infection, in which case a trip to the docs will be needed.
