I am a fan of cocaine but worry about its vasoconstrictive effects.
I use cocaine 1-2x per month for one day at at time, other than that I am active in the gym and try to be as healthy as possible.
I take natural vasodilators and anti oxidants daily for health and blood pressure.

Anytime I use cocaine that isn't pure, I get very high blood pressure, it once got as high as 200/100 in a couple instances (I believe there was some sort of cut that really boosted HR). That is not something I am willing to do to myself anymore.
I have experimented with various protocols to reduce the high BP from cocaine use, and most protocols had some success, but I wanted more.

I used arginine, grape seed extract, potassium citrate, magnesium taurate, theanine, celery seed extract, Idebenone, COQ10, Fenugreek, hawthorne, vitamin E, and carnosine.
I was able to lower my blood pressure significantly with this, but it was still high compared to a healthy person not on cocaine. This protocol allowed my blood pressure to
be around 175/95. IMO, that is not bad considering I was doing quite a bit of coke (that BP may sound high to some, but when I do coke, I do quite a few grams myself in a short time) . I am also more muscular than average and have high stress levels, so my BP is usually 120/80 even with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

I recently began taking lisinopril for kidney health and to lower my BP further. It has been 115/65 most of the time, which I am very happy with.
I noticed that I could keep my BP at around 175/95 while on heavy cocaine use just like with the OTC supps. I added some of the supps to my lisinopril to see if I could get a synergistic effect (not the potassium though, it interacts with lisinopril). Oddly, the combo didn't change my numbers much like I was expecting.

I just recently used a VERY large amount of cocaine and even with my lisinopril, BP skyrocketed to 161/104. This frightened me, so I took loads of magnesium taurate, some Xanax, and more celery seed extract. I always take an aspirin before using any coke too.
I know beta blockers with cocaine are a no-no, but I read that alpha blockers can help with cocaine induced hypertension, so I decided to add Prazosin at 2mg(I have experience with Prazosin, I don't get the first dose hypo/hypertension that some people get the first time they take it).
A short time later, my BP was 98/47!!!!!
For the first time ever, my BP was too low on cocaine, so I did another large line. I checked BP again and it was 129/86, which is damn good for being on that much coke.

Just thought I would share my experiences.
40mg Lisinopril, 2mg prazosin and my BP was at a decent number for being high on cocaine.
