So, recently I'm having extreme chest aches after doing some coke, and I wanted to know if it's normal to feel those things. I mean, they got worse over time, and sometimes I really think my heart is gonna explode! It really hurts. And also, is it normal to feel kinda paranoid while high? I always feel like everyone knows what I'm doing and is gonna do something about it. Yesterday was the first time I did coke in school. And we have cameras all over the school. And when I came out of the bathroom and got into my classroom I felt like the camera was on me and every school inspector that came up to the door was going to take me to the major's office and call the police and dogs, etc. it was really terrible! Yeah, very paranoid. Can someone tell me if that'a normal?

Thanks guys :)

Hey! the chest pains can be related to you being way to paranoid and triggering anxiety attack, because you are railing lines in your school, witch is not normal place to be getting high and you are not use to those surroundings?
You do get paranoid on coke, and dont wory about the cameras they are if something major happens... !
I suggest you not doing it in environment where you dont feel safe

It is a pretty common symptom, cocaine is pretty toxic for the heart, especially deez days its cut with speed alot so thats increases cardiotoxicity. Dont worry about it too much because it makes anxious and beign anxious you will focus on the pain even more and its just an endless cycle. And paranoia is a normal side effect as well, the more you do the more paranoid you will feel. Also, just dont do coke at school. Save it for a moment you can enjoy for it real.
IF the pains get really bad though dont hesisate and seek medical attention.

You have shitty coke. This is normal.

Cocaine chest pains and anxiety sneak up on you. Cocaine doesn’t have the push like speed. It is quite chipper but relaxing the same time.
Cocaine taken long enough in the day or night tends to start making you sleepy.

Bad coke is number one in making most feel really disgusting. Especially stimulant replacement... Epedrine, amphetamine, caffeine...

^This - chest pains & anxiety are quite typical with the low-quality/shady cuts cocaine most people have access to. Coke is very tough on the heart and the anxiety would have just increased your heart rate on top of it so that would probably explain the chest pains. My advice is to not do coke at school ;)
Especially seeing as once you start getting paranoid on coke, it's a bit hard to calm yourself down and it usually becomes a huge thing...and that's when it actually does become noticeable.

Cocaine can also reveal hidden heart issues. That is why their are first time user deaths sometimes. I usually only hear about it in the news when it is an athlete or a celeb...

There is also has been several articles in the last few years about coke being cut with lavamisole. Hard to tell what is scare tactics and what is true. The DEA estimates that 80% of it is cut with levamisole before it gets to the US. I take that percentage with a grain of salt as the DEA has put out some BS stats from time to time. Here is one article: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/Wellne...rug-levamisole/story?id=13902353#.Ua7gOdLVArU

Paranoia is normal. I never experienced it to the intensity you describe, but everyone is different.

But if you are suffering chest pains, I would not dismiss them lightly. That is not normal and could possibly be an underlying condition showing up.

Or as others have suggested, you get be getting shitty coke; maybe cut with some form of speed. Speed was not my DOC, but I remember a summer doing it in England and there were times I experience my chest pounding and I was sweating profusely.

I don't like coke particularly because it high is so short and it can drain a bank account very quickly.

Please be careful.

Thanks everyone for the replies! It actually just was a panic attack, maybe because I'm such a control freak? Haha I definitely won't do it at school anymore, for real!
