There was a thread on here about olanzapine and meth. However, instead of hijacking that dude's thread I thought I'd start my own, since it's a different antipsychotic. I'm on 500 mg of clozapine a day. I snorted a whole point of meth the other day and didn't get much euphoria from it. The guy I got it from claimed it was "primo shit." Does clozapine in any way diminish the euphoric effects of methamphetamine? I'm thinking it's either that or the guy sold me bunk shit. Before I was on anti-psychotics, railing half a point would give me an intense euphoric feeling.

Mixing dopamine agonists with dopamine antagonists will negate the benifits of both drugs.

Since amphetamines operate on dopamine the most likely scenario is your high will be dismissed. If your taking clozapine to control psychosis that benifit will also be dismissed and psychosis has been induced in many cases (even in people who do not take anti-psychotics for that condition).

Both drugs lower the seizure threshold. The combination is not advised.
