Mental Health Clouded Consciousness Symptoms

Hi,

I have been experiencing clouded consciousness, fatigue, trouble focusing, and grogginess for the past 2 years. Almost as if part of my brain will not wake up. I always feel as if I am walking around after I have taken a medication like nyquil. Doctors can't figure it out. I have had MRI's, tons of blood tests, seen numerous specialists without any help. Neuropsych eval came back clean. I have tried lexapro in combination with Wellbutrin with no change. Now I am on lexapro 20mg, pristiq 50mg, and 1600mg of sam-E. I take adderall periodically, but it now seems to intensify the symptoms. Caffeine intensifies the symptoms as well. About 6 months ago I increased my lexapro dose from 10mg to 20mg and my symptoms disappeared for about 5 days and then slowly intensified. Only been on pristiq for about 10 days, no changes yet.

Any ideas would be awesome!

Any Trumatic incidents prior to feeling this way?

Could it be a food intolerance? Foods with gluten, soy or a few others can cause these symptoms. An ellimination diet could help determine if it is the cause but might take a week or two before you notice results.
