If this isn't in the right place, Mods please move it.

So yesterday I took a suboxone sublingual film, all 8 mg. I have a pretty low opiate tolerance, so this was way too much for me, I ended up stuck on the couch, nauseated as fuck. Also threw up a good 15+ times, no bueno.

Anyway, while I was laying on the couch, wishing the dizziness would go away, I'd have my eyes closed. And I was getting straight out visuals; like, legitimately seeing things. These weren't visuals in the sense of psychedelics, like with fractals and kaleidoscope stuff or anything, but like seeing legitimate stuff as if I had my eyes open. For example, one of the times I was in someone's back yard, and I watched a man come out of the house and take out the trash, while his wife was doing gardening and the dog running around. This is just one example, I was seeing all kinds of things, and clear as day too

Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there any kind of explanation for this? To be honest it was kinda cool, but I still have no idea what it could've been. Any ideas?

Bupe does not cause that kind of effects in any dose. Maybe it was a near death experience..;)

sounds like you were on the nod; a lot of people I know describe seeing various scenes while nodding.

its like a sort of dreaming with a very strong sense of it being real, and when you are able to open your eyes you realize you're half out of your chair and cannot move. I have only experienced this a few times when I was extremely fucked up, and very close to the edge; its a true nod. Not a lot of people have ever pushed it far enough to experience this, I mean just a little further and you'd be dead.

Sounds like hypnagogia and/or dreaming but since all we can do is speculate, I'm going to close this. If anyone would like to make the case to have this reopened, please feel free to PM me :)
