Opioids Chlorzoxazone & heavy opiod potentiation

My mother brought back a few boxes of this stuff called Mark-Fast frm Egypt. It contains 200mg clozoxazone & 200mg ibuprofen. I looked on the search engine and theres nothing I found very helpful. Id like to know how these work so well, it seems much more potent than soma and is potentiating my hydrocodone almost too much like phenobarbital and suboxone. Does anyone have experiences with chlorzoxazone and other things it may potentiate more than one would think and any info on what it works on in the body. Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasm and the resulting pain or discomfort. It acts on the spinal cord by depressing reflexes. It is sold as Muscol or Parafon Forte, a combination of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen. Possible side effects include dizziness, lightheadedness, malaise, nausea, vomiting, and liver dysfunction. Used with acetaminophen it has added risk of hepatoxicity, which is why the combination is not recommended.

Muscle relaxant, that's why. What does it feel like on it's own?

I realize that, Im not stupid. I mean whats it act on. I know how muscle relazers potentiate opiates normally, this made me extrememly drowsy, couldnt think straight, slurred speech, loss of motor coordination prolonged my hydro high(12 hours later I still feel pretty high, which is extrememly weird. My pupils are still very constrcted and im still nodding after having slept 8 hours. It's just weird I only took 2 of them. What im wondering basically I think is does it inhibit/activate any enzyme to prolong/absorb more hydro? it's not like a normal muscle relaxer I was having full blown hallucinations ie people places grass trees landscapes etc as detailed as in real life. it was weird because it was nothing like opiate-nod-induced hallucinations ive ever heard of or had before
