Let me start out by saying I've never gone through any sort of withdrawl before, so here it goes: I went through half a gram on Thursday night haven't felt like anything but TOTAL SHIT, even while I was really charged out. I'm so tired, but I can't sleep at all, my mind is WIDE awake. I don't know what to do, I'm so paranoid. I thought this would be over by now. The charge is literally coming out of my skin now, which is making my face break out, and I keep picking at it trying to get it all out. I look terrible, I feel miserable, I can't SLEEP.

Does anyone know how I can feel better?

and btw, I have no clue if this is an amphetamine or not.

That sounds like a lot. I have no idea what this stuff is either, sadly.

Follow the basic stimulant comedown formula:

-Take a shower and wash your face (to address the breakout issue)
-Eat a healthy meal and take a vitamin supplement with it, with antioxidants if you can (vitamin C, etc) to counter-act all the stress your body experienced during the high
-Take an anti-anxiety drug or supplement (including kava, valarian root extract and other natural ones if you can't acquire benzos)
-Relax, the comedown had to come sooner or later. The sooner you take these mitigation steps the easier your comedown will be. You will get through it.

I don't know what country you're in, but depending on what is available OTC, try and get a sedating antihistamine such as diphenhydramine, promethazine or doxylamine. These will help you sleep.

Lastly, make sure you are hydrated. You will be okay. The worst things you could do is nothing or taking more stimulants. Sleep is what you need.

Hi more,

One of the biggest problems with these brand name preparations of chemicals is that we don't know what is in them even occasionally when they have the same name. That being said the treatment for coming down from most stimulants is similar. Along those lines this thread may be helpful.
cocaine comedown tips?

Basically you want to try and keep fluid levels up, rest, and eat something if you can stomach it. Any sort of downer drugs (most notably benzos) would help as well if you have any. Other than that you just have to give it time.

Best of luck.

All I have right now is some water. I hate this. I want it to end.

Hydrate as much as you can, and try to eat this will help alot. I feel like i'm just repeating everything else that was said but these are key to having a smoother comedown and letting your body sort itself out

Can't you find someone's medicine cabinet with a few spare doxylamine tablets? Possibly benadryl? I can't imagine someone would mind you using their antihistamine, which is over the counter and not prescription only.

Most people who don't tolerate physical stimulation well will have sedatives on hand for this type of an experience. Have you ever used stimulants before?

Maybe.

I think I'm too paranoid to function. Will this end? What should I do?

It will end, that's for sure. Once you sleep you will feel a lot better.

I'm with Captain.Heroin, take something, even a mild OTC sedative such as doxylamine or diphenhydramine/Benadryl....it will makes a world of a difference and you will still have deep sleep with those antihistamines.

Okay, I just had some cough syrup. But my mind is still SOOO awake. I can't make it stop. It's been like this nonstop since the moment I took that damnable drug.

I managed to fall asleep for a few hours after violently/suddenly throwing up. Now I wanna throw up again but can't decide if it's really what I want to do or not.
Does that make sense? In all honesty I do feel better, but still so not myself. I just can't believe this happened to me. There was always this "you'll make it through, everything will revert back to normal someday soon/in a day/eventually" mentality... but here I am.

Alright, I know people are reading this, and I'm going to be honest and say I want/need some help. I'm going to post about this in the Dark Side if you wanna offer some advice/comfort.

drink some milk to kill the speed high, lots of water and vitamin C to flush out your system and keep you hydrated...you want to avoid putting more chemicals into your body especially bc you don't know what you are on.this is advice from a long time IV speed user.. don't pick at your skin...i have scars from this.try and relax by knowing that this will end and you have learned a valuable lesson for the future.

***edit...i was posting this before your last post. now that you have slept, keep yourself hydrated, try and eat, relax bc the worst is over,go back to sleep and don't do this to yourself again.
PM me anytime.

I don't feel like doing any of that. Or I do. I can't decide/believe you/feel better. Will this ever end?

i am just trying to help. i am almost 35 and i have been using speed for a very long time. this will end. if you want it to end then do what you NEED TO DO,not what you WANT OR DON'T WANT to do.
the advice here is pretty much the same from everyone...reread each post bc every person took the time to try and help you. it is up to you to decide if you are going to do what has been clearly recommended. i don't want to sound harsh but sometimes tough love is the best love.
you can do this. i promise. i believe in you.

MUCH peace and love......skillz

Yes... you're so right. I will recover. I will do what I need to to do.

Thank you for the advice, I know I'm pretty disorganized right now. I'm going to try to sleep again.

EXCELLENT decision, sweetie. let's talk after you have slept and your mind, body and soul have recovered.... we need to get you healthy and informed before you use again. You are in the right place. There is so much love and KNOWLEDGE here on Bluelight. all you need to do is accept it.
Get some rest and I will be checking up on you.

Much peace and love.................skillz

Try to eat something nutritious (most important thing for feeling less shit imo) drinks lots of water and just go lie down in bed untill you fall asleep. Even if you can't sleep, lying in bed, trying to relax (put on some soft music you like) will make you more comfortable. Don't go on the internet or anything. It'll keep your mind occupied so it feels less racey and uncomfortable but it keeps you awake longer .. Just lie in bed and wait for sleep.

edit:

All I have right now is some water. I hate this. I want it to end.

Just saw this. Yeah, try to get some food and sedatives next time. Or better yet, use a less horrible stim because this sounds like MDPV to me.

Also, it's a comedown, not a withdrawal [/nitpick]

Hey guys, I wanna start out by saying THANK YOU for your help. I can't begin to tell you enough how appreciated it is.

I'm still not able to sleep, but I've been feeling considerably better. Almost normal, but my heart just keeps beating and there's this underlining anxiety/stimulation/confusion that I can't escape. I'm eating some rice now and I managed to get my hands on some flax seed oil and almonds.

What I'm concerned about now is my face. It's broken out so horrendously and I've got an ugly cold sore on the side of my lip. I have to go to school tomorrow. Does drug-induced ache go away fast?

The same speed as regular acne does...if you haven't already, get some acne treatment cream/wash and use it. The cold sore is most likely due to the stress caused by the drug's effects and lack of sleep. It will go away once everything is normalized. :)
